My Story

My name is Réka Komáromi, and my path to holistic healing has always been guided by curiosity, intuition, and a deep reverence for the natural world.

I began my professional journey as an ethnobotanist, drawn to the ancient knowledge of plants and their healing properties. Over the years, I’ve traveled, studied, and listened—learning from herbalists, traditional healers, and the quiet wisdom of the earth itself. Working with plants taught me how everything is connected: body, mind, spirit, and nature.

This understanding naturally expanded into my work with the body and energy. I trained as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner and later became a teacher in the Usui Reiki lineage. My hands have become one of my most trusted tools—offering touch that is both intuitive and respectful, a gentle invitation back into the body.

My focus gradually turned toward the needs of women, particularly during times of transition. As a menopause mentor, I support women in navigating this profound rite of passage—not as a problem to be fixed, but as a portal into deeper self-awareness and empowerment. I also offer care for pregnant women and young mothers, helping them feel held and nurtured in moments that are both tender and transformative.

One of the practices closest to my heart is vaginal steaming, which I offer as a ritual of reconnection—with the womb, with cyclical wisdom, and with the self. I grow many of the herbs I use myself, choosing each plant with intention, based on your needs and season of life.

Alongside bodywork and herbal care, I offer intuitive tarot readings, guided meditations, and energy healing sessions, always holding space for what wants to arise. Whether we meet in person or remotely, my intention is the same: to create a field of trust, presence, and quiet transformation.

“I don’t see myself as a healer who “fixes” something. Rather, I offer support, presence, and tools so that healing can unfold in your own time and way. Everything is medicine—touch, breath, herbs, laughter, stillness. I trust the intelligence of the body and the wisdom that comes when we slow down and truly listen.
The space I hold in holistic healing is gentle, multidimensional, and non-judgmental. My work is rooted in empathy and shaped by years of experience. I’m here to walk alongside you, whether you’re in a moment of transition, seeking deeper connection, or simply needing to be witnessed.”
